Are the activities indoor or outdoor?

While most activities are under cover, Ag Fest sprawls over 5 areas of the state fairgrounds (Jackman Long Building, Columbia Hall, Livestock Pavilion, 4-H/FFA Barn, Horticulture Pavilion). Planning for end-of-April weather is important as some activities are outdoors (equipment dimply, logging demonstration, dog herding demonstration, and more). We do provide covered horse and wagon and tractor and wagon shuttles between the Jackman Long Building and the Livestock Pavilion.

Are wheelchairs or scooters available?

We do not offer these services at this time, please plan accordingly and bring your own. We do have free horse and wagon rides and tractor and wagon shuttles inside the event.

How much do activities at the event cost?

Thanks to our generous sponsors, there are over 25 free hands-on activities for kids, like digging for potatoes, planting seedlings, riding ponies, and many more! However, we do have a wonderful trade show with over 60 vendors who sell a variety of items (forms of payment accepted are at the discretion of each vendor; ATMs are available on-site).

What is the cost to attend?

Thanks to our generous sponsors, admission is free for children 15 and under. The entry fee for ages 16+ is $15 per person. Parking is free.

We accept credit cards, cash, and personal checks.

While we do not offer group discounts, discounted tickets are available at your local Wilco. Also check out our Facebook and Instagram pages for promotion codes in March and April.
