McDonald's What We're Made Of Contest
In 2010, 16 classrooms in Oregon and SW Washington won a field trip
to a special educational and fun activity day at Oregon Ag
Fest on April 23. For a chance to be selected, students entered
the McDonald’s What We’re Made Of essay contest sponsored by Oregon Ag
Fest and McDonald’s of Oregon and SW Washington. The idea behind the
contest is to get students talking about the products that are grown and
raised locally, in addition to what is unique about the food and fiber
grown in their area. Below is a list of this year's winners.
Check back next November so you can enter in 2011!
